My Updated Skincare Routine

I have acquired new things to use on my skin over the past months, some from a certain best friend who spoils me too much (love you dude) and some from my own self indulgent.
My skin has changed due to the weather and it being colder which means my face is as dry as the back of a lizard (weird link, I know) I am therefore on the look out for a good exfoliator so let me know if you have or know of any which aren't £400000 that would be a b s o l u t e l y f a n t a s t i c *Gary Barlow*.

So the first thing I do on a night it take off my make up with the Nivea extra gentle eye make up remover which is one of the best make up removers ever, It actually gets rid of anything. I don't have to use loads of it and it doesn't sting or make my eyes red which is the best thing as you don't want a product making your skin worse.

I then cleanse my face with Liz Earle's Cleanse and polish hot cloth cleanser which I love, it's quick and easy also makes my skin feel soft. When I've used this product I feel ready to go to bed, It refreshes and soothes at the same time. The only problem is that with using a flannel it can be a bit unhygienic as the flannel has to air dry and can then cause bacteria to form onto it which is gonna give you spots.

I then use a couple of drops of the Body Shop vitamin E overnight serum which is so moisturising, only thing is don't use lots because a little goes a long way. I also only apply this where I have really dry spots, It makes you skin feel so soft ahh. I drop the serum onto my fingers then massage with my fingertips and rub it in to the dry patches on my face and it works wonders!

When I awake in the morning I wash my face with Witch Skincare's pore minimising gel wash which I talked about last year here and I am still in love with it! Then I moisturise with Body shops Vitamin E moisture cream which smells AMAZING OMFGFD I love it a lot okay? So once again you don't need lots but a good covering will do, its a light long wearing cream.

I then try and minimise my big ass black holes that live under my eyes which make me look 50 years older in the worst way, jeeze. I use the Vitamin E eye cream by guess who? BODY SHOP ahh I love them so. This a really refreshing eye cream that takes away puffiness and leaves you feeling ready to take on your day well if your day includes no school because lets be honest not even vodka could ready you for the hell that is school.

So there is it my friends my 2016 skin routine so far, it may change or I might add products but for now there it is. Oh and hey! look at me blogging two days straight I feel like a new women, you guys better stick around and read things. Let me know in the comments what your favourite skincare product is!
